We aim to have your order with you within 1-3 days from dispatch and always aim to ship orders within 48 hours Monday to Saturday.

Our courier partners are Royal Mail, DPD and Packfleet - depending on your order size. This will be shown in your confirmation email.

If there are any delays with national courier services - particularly due to postal strikes - we advise giving it an extra two days before contacting us as your order is likely to arrive within this period :)

Absolutely. We consciously made our delicious jams for all to enjoy.

To help where we can, our packaging is fully recyclable. Before throwing your jar away, why not re-use it and get creative? Think candles to pickle containers :)
